Pawel Mastalerz has 12 years of in-depth experience in e-commerce, strategic planning and technology development, with emphasis on online travel applications and experience with Fortune 500 and start-up s, as well as domestic and international operations.  He most recently founded www.turez.pl, a Polish Language, online agency specializing in hotel deals Eastern Europeans.

He was previously Senior V.P. of Groople.com where he was responsible for the overall online strategy and developed the industry-first, award-winning consumer group booking web site.

Mastalerz has recently provided online strategies and high level architecture for a major South African airline, iSeatz (designed a new hotel booking engine), re-designed the air distribution model for Varig and has just completed architecture for a soon-to-be- announced major Hawaiian travel site.

Prior to that he was Senior Business Strategy Manager for all air products at Cendant for Cheaptickets.com, Galileo and Trip.com where he developed plans, targets for the online air side of the business.

Pawel is also well known for creating the Internet strategy for LOT Polish Airlines, where he headed website development and increased site traffic by nearly 4000% within the first two years and exceeded online revenue and ticket goals thereafter.
